We are seeking a rare individual capable of demonstrating dual expertise at the highest level:
Discreet Haute Cuisine:
Mastery of classic French cuisine and international dishes.
Ability to create innovative and light daily menus for the adults.
Expert handling of premium products (truffles, caviar, seafood).
Excellent Family & Infant Cuisine:
Proven experience with very young clientele.
Ability to prepare healthy, nutritious, and varied meals, including specialized purées, baby-led weaning meals, and high-quality children's menus.

Your Mission:
Culinary Creation: Design and execute fully customized Haute Gastronomy menus (Full Board, Gala Dinners) for adults.
Polyvalent Expertise: Master world cuisines, healthy cuisine, precise pastry work, and specific diets (gluten-free, vegan, allergies).
Purchasing Management: Ensure exclusive sourcing of premium, local, and organic products.
Dual Competence: Proven expertise in luxury family and infant cuisine (according to client needs).
Required Profile: Minimum 5 years' experience in 5-star hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, or as a Private Chef for HNWI clientele.

Your Mission:
Service Orchestration: Manage and coordinate the entirety of the table service and chalet operations, ensuring a Palace standard.
Wine Expertise: Handle wine and spirits service, knowledge in sommelier duties, and cellar management.
Concierge Liaison: Act as the link with concierge partners (transfers, activities) and manage daily chalet requirements (linen care, breakfast/afternoon tea service).
Required Profile: Significant experience in luxury hospitality or as a personal Butler. Impeccable presentation and a keen sense of discretion.
